The development projects shown in this map reflect the plat applications filed with the City of Houston in 2020, and located in One Creek West's "service area". Applications represent only an intent to develop, and are subject to the review process described below.
"Plat Tracker" is published by the City of Houston to allow land planners, civil engineers and surveyors to submit subdivision plat applications for review and presentation to the Houston Planning Commission. Regional agencies that have an interest in land development in Houston and Houston's ETJ will use Plat Tracker to share files and communicate their comments to the Planning staff for each application.
Applicants and the public are able to track the progress of plat applications in their neighborhoods by viewing and downloading Planning Commission agendas, data spreadsheets regarding applications and meeting minutes. The data spreadsheets for our communities have been compiled since 2017 and are presented below. Where available. the plat applications themselves are also posted and may be downloaded.
