Saums Road/Greenhouse Road Widening
Upgrade Saums Road west of Greenhouse from a 2-lane asphalt roadway to a 4-lane concrete roadway and an asphalt roadway east of Greenhouse Road. Sidewalk locations will be determined during the course of the study. Update: October 11, 2022 - Harris County requested approval of certain projects, decreeing the projects to be a public necessity and convenience, directing the Harris County Real Property Division to acquire, and authorizing eminent domain, if necessary, for one (1) roadway easement, for the public project known as Saums Road - approx. 1200' West of Greenhouse to approx. 451' East of Greenhouse - 2021, for the purpose of roadway construction, UPIN 211033962030004, Precinct 4.
