The apartment community will be located at 2823 Barker Cypress Road, located near South Mayde Creek and within the 100-year and 500-year floodplain.
Park Row Katy Living is a proposed 9% tax credit property. It will consist of 109 apartments, 81 of which will be low-income. It is located on the northwest corner of Greenhouse Road and Park Row. The project comes before Harris County Commissioners Court in February for approval. A schematic of the proposed development will follow.
OHT Partners, a prominent developer from Austin, has broken ground on the site previously owned by Houston Community College on Foxlake Drive. No details are available at this time. The image shows the new complex in the Heights built by OHT Partners, called the Lenox Heights.
The sale was reported to have been completed in October 2022, but has not been recorded by the Harris County Appraisal District, nor reported by the press. Additional research is being conducted to verify this unit.
BES Fry Rd., LP has awarded Jordan Foster Construction The Everson apartment project in Katy, TX.
The new complex is comprised of 300 apartment units, consisting of two 4-story buildings. It is located to the south of the Stephens Elementary School next to South Mayde Creek at Fry Road.
The Vic at Park Row is a multifamily housing in Houston, Texas. The project comprises 363-units in a garden-style layout with 4 floors. It is currently under construction. Expected date for completion is not known.
Resia Ten Oaks is located at 18210 Park Row, across the street from Texas Children's Hospital.
Forresta Village is an AHS Residential project, made up of nine 6-story buildings, including 7 Type 1 buildings with 80,748 square feet and 2 Type 2 buildings with 101,430 square feet.

Resia Ten Oaks is a proposed multifamily housing in Houston, Texas. The project comprises 576-units with a 5 level parking garage, a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Resia Ten Oaks is expected to break ground in May 2022 and will be open to residents in February 2024.

Houston Methodist West Hospital broke ground on a $65 million, 150,000 square-foot medical office building on May 6. The new six-story building is scheduled to open by the end of 2023. Additional phases will bring a new patient tower to increase the hospital's intensive care unit, newborn intensive care unit, imaging department, and medical-surgery capabilities,
The new medical office building will be located on Houston Methodist's vacant property west of the West Campus complex.
