 Walking and walkability provide a variety of benefits, including basic mobility, consumer cost savings, cost savings (reduced external costs), efficient land use, community livability, improved fitness and public health, economic development, and support for equity objectives 

The development projects shown in this map reflect the plat applications filed with the City of Houston in 2022 and 2023, and located in One Creek West's "service area".  Applications represent only an intent to develop, and are subject to the review process described below.

Major projects submitted for approval are highlighted, providing as much detailed information on specific projects as is available publicly.
